Great Job on Saturday! Our Workouts are going well. We have 4 Boys already under 10:30 in 3200 (new school record), 3 at 4:45 or faster in 1600, and 3 at 2:08 or faster in 800. For the Girls - 2 Under 12:00, 4 under 6:00 in 1600 and 3 under 2:40 in 800. Some athletes have not competed in a race yet in which we know you will be under these marks! Currently we also have 3 athletes ranked in the top 18 in 5 races!
