Distance Team - You will be on your own Monday and Tuesday. There will be a group meeting at 9:00am for a Track Workout Monday, and a group meeting ay Highline Canal at 9:00am Tuesday.
Schedule:
Monday - 9:00am -Track Ladder Workout - Paces are attached below. The rest time should be twice the time of the interval (200/400), while the rest is the same as the interval (600/800).

Sat - On Your own or with a teammate Road Run - 45-65 minutes
Sun - Optional - 30-45 min road run.
