Monday - Track - Intervals TBD
Tuesday - Road Run - Group 1 Boys 65 min, Girls 55 min/ Group 2 Boys 55 min, Girls 45 min/ Group 3 - Boys and Girls 40-30 min.
Wednesday - Track - Intervals ( 400s -3200/1600 athletes, 300's - 800 athletes)
Thursday - Road Run - Same as Tuesday
Friday - Road Run/ 8x 100 Strides - Group 1 60/50min, Group 2 - 50/40min, Group 3 35/30 min
Saturday - Scrimmage - If not competing - 60 min Boys - 50 min Girls
Sunday - Optional - 30-45 min.
