As you train each week, be sure to monitor yourself closely. For example: some athletes will be able to handle A workouts all week, some will need to maybe move form A to B or B to C. Listen to your body and adjust workouts when needed during training. Attached below is also the myrtle routine we started week 1 - Please follow the routine on those days we do not meet.
