A Group - Varsity Level Athletes - or Seniors/Juniors with 3-4 years XC/Track experience. (Freshmen on varsity will fluctuate between A/B Groups)
B Group - Upper JV Runners or Athletes in their 2nd-3rd year of XC/Track.
C Group - JV Athletes in there 1st or 2nd year of XC/Track.
Athletes may fluctuate between groups based on current fitness level, injuries, etc.
