This week we will start adding some quality track workouts to our schedule on Monday's and Wednesday's. Those of you who had a strong pre-season should be ready to go! Boys running 1600/3200 should get in 2 Two a days this week. Schedule for the week:
Mon - Track (Longer Repeats) Weights/Core
Tues - Road - 60 minutes
Wed - Track - (Mid Range Repeats) Weights/Core
Thur - Road - 60 minutes
Fri - Road - TBD
Sat - Scrimmage - (Depending on fitness level/past experience, some may do road work instead).
