Workouts: Athletes will need to train on their own until the season begins April 27. Our Distance Team has worked very hard these past few months. Our performances proved that in AZ. Our Track season this year is very short, so make sure you keep that fitness level where it's at by following our plan during the remote 2 weeks. We'll be jumping right into racing the first week so you want to be ready to go!
