Returning to Training - Its' been 2 weeks since our last race, NXN Southwest so hopefully everyone has had a chance to take a minimum of 2 weeks off. This rest is very much needed since most of you have been training and racing since June.
* Some of you might need 3 weeks off before your fully rested physically and mentally. Everyone needs to make sure they're motivated and ready to start training for Track.
**Taking more than 3 weeks off is not advised unless you are recovering form injury or illness.
*** Training during Dec 3 - Jan 6 is on your own. Workouts will be posted on Coach Davies Blog. Get together with teammates to do these runs which are easy, conversational runs. Nothing is to be stressful during this period.
**** We will start meeting as a TEAM on Monday, January 7 at 3:15pm. More info to come.
