Much better turnout last Saturday for the Aspen Grove run with 12 boys and 3 girls (ladies we need to step it up).

Mon - On your own or with teammates! - 60 minute run
Tues - 3:10 RCHS - 50-55 minutes (20 min Tempo Run) weights/core
Wed - 3:10 RCHS - 60 minutes
Thur - 3:10 RCHS - 50-55 minutes ( Fartlek Session) weights/core
Fri - 3:10 RCHS - 60 minutes
Sat - 9:00 Aspen Grove/South Platte - 75 minutes LSD
Sun - Optional
