This is our last week of pre-season training. A handful of you have done a great job of preparing for the season these past few weeks. There are some varsity lettermen that need to show a little more commitment. We will start having discussions about what level of dedication each athlete is willing to give the team. We need to have a mind set that we are willing to match the work ethic of any of our competitors.
Schedule for the week:
Mon - 6:30 am -Varsity 1600/3200 - 30 min.
Mon - 3:10 pm RCHS - 60 minute (weights/core)
Tues - 3:10 pm RCHS - 55 minutes (Tempo/Strides)
Wed - 3:10 pm RCHS - 60 minutes (weights/core)
Thur - 3:10 pm RCHS - 55 minutes ( Fartlek/Strides)
Fri - 6:30 am Varsity 1600/3200 -30 min.
Sat - 9:00 am South Platte/Aspen Grove - 75 minutes LSD Breakfast/Panera
Sun - Optional easy run.
