More St Vrain Info:
Inclement Weather: It looks like there will be rain in the morning and overcast clouds throughout the day. The meet will run as scheduled.
Warmup Area: The soccer field south of the jumps area is the main warmup area, and athletes will exit that area at the northeast corner, come to the hip # tent on the southeast side of the track, and will enter the track when the 1st call has been made for their event
Awards: We have custom t-shirts for the top-3 finishers in each event. We will recognize those athletes immediately after the running events, and we'll be keeping track of the number one performance while working through the heats by inviting that athlete or relay team to hang out in the awards area until another performance tops theirs. For field events, once we have final results, we'll summon the top 3 to the awards area to be recognized.
Race Format (3200 Relays, 800, 1600 races): We will run the 2-turn staggers in the 3200 relays, the 800's and the 1600's.
There are no dogs allowed at the meet. No service dogs, and no service dogs in training. Please make sure your parents know there are no exceptions to this rule.
Go Jags!!!
