Optional Workouts during the Moratorium
Teams are not allowed to have organize practices until April 20th. Coaches are not allowed to meet with the team or individual athletes during this time. Athletes can conduct their own voluntary workouts if you chose too. Distance workouts as usual, will be posted on this site under the Training Plans link. All distance runners will also receive a google from Coach where you can log your training. Workouts for other events are posted below, or will be communicated by your event coach. These links will help guide your training for the next three weeks.
