League Relays and JV Littleton recap:
We had some great performances at the League relays. Most notably the Boys 2mile, Chris Theodore, Bailey Timmons, Luke Dickinson, and Aj Bishop, and the 4x 1600 Relay of Chris Theodore, Bailey Timmons, Matt Pearson, and AJ Bishop both relays earned 1st place finishes. Ryan Meisner also had a solid day with 2 fine 800 performances, one heloping his medley relay to a first place.
On the girls side, Bailee Stones and Allison Janedis led the girls 4x1600 to a 3rd place finish and Sammy Spindler ran a strong 800 to help the medley relay to a 4th place.
Our distance crew is off to one of the best starts ever. It's very important to keep training consistently (especially over Spring Break), and get the rest needed to stay healthy.

Wed - Intervals
Thur - JV Meet at TRHS - Varsity -Road 55-60 min.
Fri - 3:00 pm - Practice - Pre-race workout.
Sat - 9:00 am - Thunderridge Invite - Sports Authority Parker
Sun - Optional on your own - 30-60 min
